Archipelago Gourmet in Karhusaari

All food is prepared fresh in our own kitchen, in the grill or in the smoke house right here on the island. We prefer to source all our ingredients from local farmers and organic suppliers using products in season.

While planning and preparing your meals we want them to be as healthy and nutritious as possible and of course we take into consideration all food allergies and restrictions.

As we are on the island, the king of the table is fish and seafood prepared in various ways.

Fresh from the sea to your plate!

All the meals (lunches, dinners, breakfasts, coffee breaks) are served at the Karhu´s Table that is located in the main building.  You are welcome to enjoy your meals either in the dining room or outside on the terrace.

As already mentioned, since Riitta and Matti owns the best seafood Restaurant Wanha Fiskari in Kotka that has been credited with Chaine de Rotisseurs plate and Riitta with Chaine de Rotisseurs chains, you will be experiencing the same delicious local food here right in the privacy of  the Karhusaari island.

One week before your arrival we will provide you with all menus and wine recommendations for your visit.
